Privacy Policy
Scope and data controller
SprintFoundry Digital, operating the taperep.digital domain, acts as the data controller for personal data collected through registration forms, contact inquiries, and optional newsletter flows. This policy covers learners, corporate coordinators, and visitors who interact with our static website. It does not govern third-party certification bodies you choose separately; consult their notices before submitting government identification for exams.
Retention periods
Enrollment records—including name, email, employer name when supplied, and attendance markers—are retained for twenty-four months after the final session to support certification audit trails and repeat-client discounts. Contact form submissions without enrollment are deleted after twelve months unless a sales thread remains active with your consent. Cookie preference keys stored locally in your browser persist until you clear site data.
Processors and third parties
We rely on infrastructure vendors for email delivery, video conferencing, and static hosting. Each vendor processes data under written agreements requiring security baselines and subprocessors lists available on request for enterprise clients. We do not sell personal data. Analytics, if enabled after opt-in, aggregates page views without reconstructing individual browsing histories across unrelated sessions.
Contacting the privacy desk
Direct privacy questions to [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy request” so routing stays consistent. For postal correspondence tied to Korean consumer complaints, include your preferred return channel. We respond within fifteen business days for routine requests and may extend for complex investigations while notifying you of the delay reason.
How we use personal data and your rights
Data powers cohort logistics (rosters, dietary notes, accessibility accommodations), optional alumni newsletters, and aggregated curriculum analytics. We may reference anonymized quotes in marketing only when separate written permission exists. Automated decision-making that would deny enrollment without human review does not occur; every rejection or waitlist decision involves staff judgment. Depending on your residency, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of processing. Korean residents may escalate unresolved issues to competent supervisory bodies. Identifiers (name, email, phone when provided), professional details (title, team size), technical logs (IP address, user agent) from essential hosting, and payment references handled by our invoicing partners—not card numbers stored on our servers—constitute the primary categories collected.
