General Terms
Intellectual property rights
Materials distributed during live sessions—including facilitator scripts, worksheets, and anonymized examples—remain licensed for your internal learning use only. You may not resell, repackage, or publicly stream recordings without written permission. Trademarks referenced in class belong to their respective owners; SprintFoundry Digital does not claim affiliation beyond accurate descriptive use. If you contribute anonymized scenarios for future cohorts, you grant us a non-exclusive license to adapt them while removing identifying details. Source code snippets you author during exercises belong to you or your employer per your employment agreements, not to SprintFoundry Digital.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes elsewhere. Parties agree that courts in Seoul possess non-exclusive jurisdiction, while still permitting mutually agreed arbitration if both sides later opt in writing. If a translated copy conflicts with the English version, the English text prevails for interpretive clarity unless local consumer law mandates otherwise. We acknowledge mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived by contract in your jurisdiction.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to digital materials if payment disputes remain unresolved after good-faith outreach, or if a participant violates classroom safety expectations. You may terminate your participation before the posted start date subject to the Refund Policy timelines. Either party may terminate ongoing retainer-style engagements with written notice as specified in the separate statement of work. Termination does not erase obligations accrued beforehand, including confidentiality of shared cohort stories.
Description of instructional services
SprintFoundry Digital provides instructor-led workshops, certification preparation sessions, and related learning operations support aimed at software delivery teams. Deliverables are educational experiences, not custom software development or executive staffing. Public cohorts run on published schedules; private cohorts require mutually confirmed calendars. We may substitute facilitators of equal qualification when illness or travel disruption occurs, notifying enrolled participants promptly.
Liability limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by Korean consumer law, SprintFoundry Digital is not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, missed release dates, or toolchain outages arising after class. Aggregate liability for any claim relating to a single enrollment caps at the tuition actually paid for that enrollment. We do not warrant exam outcomes; certification bodies set their own rules. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud where such caps are unlawful. Participant responsibilities include attending safely, respecting confidentiality, and ensuring employer-funded seats are authorized. Acceptance occurs upon registration and continued alumni access affirms updates that do not strip statutory rights.
