Refund Policy
Exceptions and force majeure
If a public cohort is canceled due to facilitator emergencies or venue failures, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund within ten business days. Government travel restrictions that make attendance illegal qualify for deferral without penalty. Personal scheduling conflicts after the refund window are not force majeure.
Eligibility for refunds
Participants who withdraw fourteen or more calendar days before the first live session may receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable exam voucher fees already purchased on their behalf, itemized transparently. Cancellations inside fourteen days receive a fifty percent credit toward a future cohort within six months. No-shows without notice are not eligible unless medical documentation exists.
How to request a refund or credit
Send a written request to [email protected] listing the course name, start date, and payer details. Corporate purchasers should route through their procurement alias to keep records aligned. We confirm receipt within three business days and either approve, deny with reasoning, or request more documentation.
Processing timelines
Approved refunds return via the original payment path when technically possible, otherwise via agreed wire instructions. Expect seven to fourteen business days after approval for funds to appear, depending on intermediary banks. Credits apply automatically to your account code once issued.
Scope relative to other policies and escalation
This Refund Policy supplements the General Terms; where they conflict on monetary remedies, this document controls. Korean consumer statutes granting cooling-off rights for distance contracts remain available where applicable and are not reduced by these commercial windows except where law allows different practice for customized services already rendered. Unresolved refund disputes escalate to the Learning Operations Coordinator via [email protected] with “Refund escalation” in the subject line.
